C.A.M.P. is a year-round safe growth zone for graduates of high school special ed programs. We work like a day school, providing education, life & social skills so that our students Can Achieve Maximum Potential.

Services

2-Days / Week

This is the starter place for most applicants.  We help improve usable skills and engender camaraderie during our 9am-3pm day program.  Extra fees apply for early drop off / late pick up.  Call our Executive Director to begin an application:  956.800.5292.

5-Days / Week

This option offers the most benefits. CAMPers are consistently encouraged to increase their independence through social situations, self-care, continued book learning and practical life skills training. Call our Executive Director to begin an application:  956.800.5292.

3-Days / Week

This is the next step-up for most families.  Some accepted into the C.A.M.P. University program use their-non-CAMP days to work a part time job. Call our Executive Director to begin an application:  956.800.5292.

Special Olympics

We participate in Special Olympics - Texas.  Competition dates are in the Fall.  Parents are required to attend events with their athlete.  At C.A.M.P., we do take lesson time to practice.  Begin below to learn about Special Olympics (y en Español).

 

 

SPECIAL OLYMPICS FORMS

I have served on the C.A.M.P. University Night at the Races Gala committee for the past 3 years. C.A.M.P. is a wonderful place that provides so many wonderful opportunities for adults with special needs. There is no place quite like it! When you enter the facility you can feel the warmth and kindness of the staff. The joy on the C.A.M.P.ers faces is contagious.
